PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk water-gel storage container having functions of oil resistance and moisture-proofness, and improved strength, and to provide a bulk water-gel receiver, and a method for discharging the bulk water-gel.;SOLUTION: The bulk water-gel storage container 11 comprises a body part 13 formed cylindrically; a bottom board 15 attached to the bottom section of the body part 13; a top board 16 attached to the top of the body part 13; and a connecting band 14 for connecting the bottom board 15 and the top board 16 to the body part 13. The body part 13 is made of a laminate of hard fiber board or heavy-duty paper. A laminate film made of a polyethylene film, aluminum foil, and a polyethylene film is heat-sealed on the inner surface of the body part 13 as a functional layer 19 having functions of oil resistance and moisture-proofness. In the storage container 11, a primary maximum compression load by a compression test prescribed by JIS Z0212 ranges from 1.5 to 20 kN.
