PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change in a temperature rising speed by frost adhering onto the outer surface of a correction tube when raising the correction tube from a cooling tank for increasing temperature, and to improve analysis precision.;SOLUTION: A fan 34 for sending airflow to a U-shaped tube 31 at a position, where the U-shaped tube 31 for correction is raised, and the U-shaped tube 31 is dipped into a liquid nitrogen tank 30 for the next analysis after analysis is completed after the frost adhering onto the outer surface of the U-shaped tube 31 is removed by the fan 34 for drying.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
