PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kinsfolk information recording chart, a kinsfolk chronological information recording chart and a kinsfolk information ledger which enable easy grasping of information and can be used by updating the replenishment/change of new kinsfolk information through adding necessary matter in writing or as a pedigree chart by accumulating/replenishing the information or a pedigree chart by freely combining units of information.;SOLUTION: This kinsfolk information recording chart 1 is for entering the kinsfolk information per specific person and the kinsfolk information relates to three generations in which a specific person himself/herself, his/her father and mother, child/children, spouse, the father and mother of the spouse. In addition, the chart 1 has columns P1, P2, etc. for an individual in which information covering the full name of each kinsfolk, the years of birth/decrease and information relative to family relationship based on a specific person as a reference, can be entered.
