PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Tofu (bean curd) using all parts of soybeans aiming not to produce residual grainy material such as bean curd refuse by mixing soybean milk or immersed round soybean with the bean curd refuse and crushing them to fine particles.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the good quality Tofu without producing the bean curd refuse is provided by filtering/separating the bean curd refuse and soybean milk, adding water to the separated soybean curd refuse to make it the soybean milk, or mixing the round soybean with the soybean refuse and crushing them to make bean curd refuse milk, mixing it with the soybean milk separated previously and boiling for coagulation. Since this production method can use all of the round soybean, it is possible to take whole edible fibers of the soybean. Soybean refuse paste is a total soybean milk produced by mixing the soybean curd refuse discharged from the Tofu production processes with a suitable amount of water and the separated soybean milk, or mixed with the immersed round soybean, since in the case of using only the bean curd refuse and water, the soybean protein becomes insufficient, and then by the immersed round soybean forming a paste of very fine particles.
