PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that exfoliation is prevented by an anchor effect of a resistance effect against only drawing force and the effective area as an anchor and the range in a stress phase are extremely narrowly limited is point, hence, peeling preventive effect has not been enough so far.;SOLUTION: A drawing type form fixing tool used in placing concrete is screwed by a screw 12a formed in the inner wall of the exterior wall fitting tool by making use of a recess 41a formed in a concrete body 41 by removing after cure of concrete and the extremity screw 42a of a separator 42 screwed with the drawing type form fixing tool and further, a ring-shaped form 14 having a larger diameter than the recess 41a is brought into contact with the concrete body 1 surface or closely put near that. Thereby, an anchor effect retaining the exterior wall mortar to the concrete body surface more firmly than conventional cases can be obtained.
