Accordingly, it is not necessary to use heavy machines, and test equipment and tools can be installed at the outside of the walls for testing, even when the housing circumferences are narrow, which reduces the burden on the residents living there and is safe and economical. Also, the method fixes connection hooks, by utilizing horizontal members and bases of existing houses, and the shape of theconnection hooks and tools enable installation, even when there are protrusions, such as downpipes or shutter boxes at the external walls around the four-plane outer walls of the houses.
