PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire model, a tire performance prediction method using the tire model, a tire performance prediction program, and an input/output device capable of improving tire performance, especially the ground-contact pressure of the tire and prediction accuracy of uneven wear of a tire block based on that. PSOLUTION: The tire performance is predicted using the tire model made by connecting a tread pattern model 2 which forms at least side face part of the groove of the tread pattern with two and more layers finite number of elements 2c, 2d toward the groove depth direction, and a tire casing model.
