PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis measuring method or the like by which required time can be shortened.;SOLUTION: A photodetector 11 is parallel displaced in a direction parallel with a reference line L, and a light incident position on a light receiving surface 11a is obtained on the basis of an electrical signal outputted from the photodetector 11 at respective positions in the case of the parallel displacement of the photodetector 11, then the deviation of an optical axis B from the reference line L is measured on the basis of the obtained light incident position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
