PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide an original soil pollution risk assessment to land from past reliable information by using reliable information.;SOLUTION: This system employs a row split filing part 8, an eight-classifying part 9, a synthetic assessment part 10, and a service providing part 11, and uses the minute numerical information (10 m mesh land use): "Geographical Survey Institute" to provide an original soil pollution risk assessment map in 10 m mesh units as a soil pollution risk map image to which the pollution risk is assessed in five colors and the pollution risk assessment are attributed.
