PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a job according to the rate of use at which a distributed computer system preset by a person responsible for an organization within the range of authority given to him/her is used.;SOLUTION: The distributed computer control system is provided with a CPU resource allocation setting function 300 which enables the rate of use of CPU resources to be set in the units of projects; a business application allocation setting function 400 for setting the number of usable business applications in use in the units of projects; a queue priority setting function 500 for setting the order of precedence of the usable business applications; a queue information configuration function 600 for setting or varying information about the amount that the memory needed to execute a business application is used; a user information configuration function 700 for registering and deleting users; and a function for validating the contents set by users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
