PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain oriented magnetic steel sheet which has films not containing chromium compounds at all and having excellent adhesiveness and corrosion resistance and which has excellent magnetic shieldability.;SOLUTION: An intermediate film of 0.01 to 1.0 g/m2 essentially consisting of inorganic components not containing chromium is formed on the surface of a forsterite film of the grain oriented magnetic steel sheet and further, an upper layer film of 2 to 12 g/m2 in which the weight ratio of the organic components and the inorganic components is 20/80 to 80/20 is formed on the surface of the intermediate film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
