TRANSITION BETWEEN MICROSTRIP AND WAVEGUIDE AND EXTERNAL TRANSCEIVER UNIT INCORPORATING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transition located between a microstrip technology circuit and a waveguide. PSOLUTION: The transition is provided between the microstrip technology circuit and the waveguide 103 and the waveguide 103 is fixed to a probe 122 which is electrically connected to the microstrip circuit. The transition comprises at least one first resonant cavity 127 which is fixed by a first hole 124 allocated in a plane. The transition fixed to the cavity 127 acts as a band stop filter. The transition 105 is allocated in an external unit 1 of a transmitting system which comprises a transmitting circuit embodied by a microstrip technology and an antenna of waveguide type.
