PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a system, and a method by which easy initial investigation and easy understanding of the environmental risk of a land are realized, when a real estate company purchases the land and when a real estate appraiser or a financial institution evaluates the land.;SOLUTION: The soil contamination evaluation program 10 makes a computer function as: a selection means 12 which selects information 18 on a land for a plurality of items 16; a storage means 14 which stores the information 18 and a numerical value 20 corresponding to the information 18; an operation means 22 which performs operations using the numerical value 20 corresponding to the information 18 selected by the selection means 12; and an evaluation means 24 which categorizes a result 28 obtained by the operation by the operation means 22 into a plurality of stages to evaluate the soil contamination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
