PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lattice body for a lead accumulator in which the corrosion and the stretch of the lattice body of a lead-calcium series alloy are prevented under an environment of severe high temperatures, and in which the prolongation of a service life can be obtained. PSOLUTION: The lattice body for the lead accumulator in which a rolled sheet composed of the lead-calcium series alloy is developed and worked is used. The ratio of the short diameter and long diameter of a crystal grain boundary of the lead-calcium series alloy is made to fall in a range of 0.02-1.0. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
