PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mutual understanding among related persons without wasting a time and cost, and to accurately and rapidly transmit information to easily hold the information in common. PSOLUTION: This system has a display part 17 displaying an image based on a data file related to collaborative work held in common by a plurality of user terminals, a control part 10 operating according to instructions from a user and collaborative work information supplied to the displayed image to update the image, and an collaboration information transmission/reception part 18 for transmitting and receiving the collaborative work information via an information network. Operation executed to the data file in one user terminal is reflected upon the data file of the other user terminal to always hold the data files in common in the same states, and the same image can be displayed on each display part 17.
