PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed asset lot measurement/calculation system capable of accurately calculating an evaluation value of a lot by the storing information of the unchanged and changed lot in a computer system on the basis of changes of the price of a standard house building lot and a roadside price for fixed assets (hereinafter called lot) generated every year.;SOLUTION: This fixed asset lot measurement/calculation information system comprises: a first year fixed asset information file 2b obtained by calculating a lot by a first year land master (land related information) 18a, the price of a standard house building lot, a roadside price and lot measurement; a history information file 14 involved in a change in ownership, the change of land categories, the subdivision of a lot, the subdivision and consolidation of lots and the consolidation of lots which occur yearly; a subsequent year fixed asset information file 3b obtained by using a lot measuring means composed of lot measurement 21 and simple measurement 28 and a lot calculating means being a lot calculation 12 using a correction factor to add the history information file to the first year fixed asset information file; and a subsequent year (each year) fixed asset information file 4b provided with the lot measuring means obtained by adding history information files prepared every year and the lot measuring means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
