PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user input a designated outline by almost accurately designating an object outline.;SOLUTION: A plurality of input outlines obtained by arbitrarily designating an object outline OL800 in an input image S800 are integrated to generate a final mean outline before arousing attention KEHL 800, and an attention arousing outline CHL 801 generated by working a worked part KEHL 800A of the final mean outline before arousing attention KEHL 800 corresponding to a designation attention part OL 800A presumed to be necessary to arouse attention when the object outline OL 800 is designated is displayed at a display part 4.
