PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powered speaker apparatus and a powered speaker system capable of composing an inputted sound signal with a fed-back sound signal without oscillating the signals.;SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a first sound signal input terminal 101 into which a first input sound signal generated according to a sound is inputted; second sound signal input terminal 102 into which a second input sound signal consisting of a predetermined sound signal is inputted; sound signal differentiating means 103 for differentiating the first input sound signal from the second input sound signal; sound signal composing means 104 for composing the differentiated differential sound signal with the first input sound signal; sound signal amplifying means 105 for amplifying the composite sound signal which is composed; speaker 106 for emitting a sound according to the amplified sound signal which is amplified; and sound signal output terminal 107 for outputting the composite sound signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
