PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based electrical-insulating coating material free from a lead-based material; and to provide a polyurethane-based insulated wire using the coating material and free from the lead-based material.;SOLUTION: The polyurethane-based electrical-insulating coating material free from the lead-based material contains a hydroxy group-containing resin free from the lead-based material, and a blocked isocyanate free from the lead-based material as curable components. The polyurethane-based insulated wire free from the lead-based material is obtained by coating a conductor with the polyurethane-based electrical-insulating coating material free from the lead-based material directly or through another insulating layer, and baking the coated product to provide an insulating layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
