PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management system, entrance/exit management server and entrance/exit management method for controlling the log-on/log-off of each information terminal in association with entrance/exit management of a user, considering also the time lapse from the entrance to the log-on.;SOLUTION: Personal authentication information of a person entering a room is read through an authentication reader set at the entrance of the room (S1) to determine whether a door is unlocked based on the read authentication information (S2). When the unlocking is determined, the information terminal to be used by the person concerned in the room is designated (S3), and the door is unlocked (S5). Whether the log-on to the designated information terminal is carried out in a predetermined time is confirmed (S6), and when the log-on is not confirmed within the predetermined time by a log-on confirmation means, the log-on to the information terminal is disabled (S12).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
