PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an FRP multi-layered molded body having a good surface condition without increasing the number of molds for molding a conventional FRP molded body.;SOLUTION: A gel coat layer 10 is formed by applying a gel coat resin on an inner surface of a mold 1 having a downward concave portion 11, and a thermal insulation layer 20 is formed by spraying a thermal insulation resin on the gel coat layer 10. After the resins of the gel coat layer 10 and the thermal insulation layer 20 are hardened, a glass mat 30 as a reinforcing material is arranged on the thermal insulation layer 20 and a resin for the FRP is laminated to form the FRP layer 40. Since the thermal insulation layer 20 is between the gel coat layer 10 and the FRP layer 40, the mesh of the glass mat due to shrinkage does not appear on a surface of a product and then it is possible to manufacture the FRP multi-layered molded body 50 having the good surface condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
