JACKET TO WHICH GUSSET PIECE UNDER THE SIDE IS SEWN UP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine appearance jacket to which gusset pieces under the side are sewn up to make the wearer's arm easily move.;SOLUTION: The jacket has underside gusset part 1 sewn up to each of its underside parts. The underside gusset 1 is formed into nearly an oval shape. One side longitudinally curved line 1a of the underside gusset piece 1 is sewn up to a sleeve 3. The other side longitudinally curved line 1b is sewn up to a body part 4. Each of sewn-up parts has a length of 50% based on the whole length of an armhole. The curvature of each of the longitudinally curved lines 1a and 1b is smaller than that of the armhole. Distortion is caused on the underside gusset part as a necessity when trying to sew them up along the armhole having such curvature. The underarm piece 1 is easily folded along the armhole because of the distortion and the certain settlement of the underside gusset piece 1 to the wearer's underarm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
