EMERGENCY WATER STORAGE DEVICE IN CASE OF DISASTER SUCH AS EARTHQUAKE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically maintain a tank in a full state if water from water works is used as usual and to allow the free use of water in the tank in case of a disaster regarding a water storage device provided with the tank buried underground in a house site. PSOLUTION: A water supply pipe connected to a public water supply pipe through a check valve is piped near the upstream side bottom wall of the tank, and a water pipe for taking out water is piped near the upper wall of the tank on the downstream side of the tank to maintain the tank always in the full state. A pump-out port of water is provided in the upper face of the tank, and water in the tank can be pumped out of the pump-out port in case of the disaster where the check valve is operated due to the drop of water pressure.
