PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse sludge as cooling water by making a purifying device itself very simple, and separating sludge without using a chemical such as a coagulant.;SOLUTION: The sanitary sewage purifying device 2 receiving cooling sanitary sewage generated in cutting working of a road surface by a cutter comprises a plurality of sludge settling and separation tanks 21, 22 and 23 mounted on a moving vehicle. Cooling sanitary sewage (a) settles and separates coarse sludge in a first tank (21), and supernatant water overflows an overflow weir 21a and flows in a second tank (22). In the following, it is repeated, fine sludge is settled and separated in a third tank (23), and clean and clear treated water (b) not containing sludge similar to fresh water is obtained. Each sludge settling and separation tank 21, 22 and 23 is connected, a vibrator 3 is attached to at least one of each sludge settling and separation tank 21, 22 and 23, and vibration is imparted to water to be treated in the tank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
