PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the binding work of the equipment 16 and a controller 31 in a case when the controller 31 controlling the equipment 16 is connected to an equipment management device 12 of high order through a communication line of an opened equipment network. PSOLUTION: The controller 13 in an air handling unit 14 is connected to the equipment management device 12 of high order by the communication line of a LonWorks network to control a VAV (Variable Air Volume) 16. The controller 13 comprises a connection port 31a for high order communication to perform the communication with the equipment management device 12 and a connection port 31b for local communication to perform the communication with the VAV 16.
