LEAD WORKING PRESS MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead working press mechanism which is used to work a lead of electronic components to flexibly cope with any change of a work, a pressing condition or the like.;SOLUTION: The lead working press mechanism comprises a CPU 1, press units 5, 6 and 7 connected to the CPU 1 via each main control signal feed line 4 and having an electronic cam, servo motors 8, 11 and 14, motor drivers 9, 12 and 15, and motion controllers 10, 13 and 16 having the servo and sequence control function provided on the press units 5, 6 and 7, respectively, and a distributor 18 connected to the motion controller 10 via a sub control signal feed line 17. The motion controllers 13 and 16 are connected to the distributor 18 via the sub control signal feed lines 19 and 20. The press units 6 and 7 are synchronized with the press unit 5, and the press units 5, 6 and 7 are individually controlled by the motion controllers 10, 13 and 16, and operated by using the electronic cam.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
