PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organically modified layered clay mineral, to provide an organic polymer composition comprising an organic polymer/clay nano-complex given by uniformly and finely dispersing laminar sheets of the in an organic polymer, and to provide an inner liner given by using the composition. PSOLUTION: This organically modified layered clay mineral is formed by being ionically bonded with an organic compound having an ammonium radical and an amino radical.
