PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a water-soluble epoxy resin composition in which a Mannich base adduct is used as a curing agent and has rapidly curing ability to green concrete.;SOLUTION: This water-soluble composition contains (a) a polyepoxide resin which contains epoxide radicals in an amount of at least 1.5 radicals in average per molecule of the resin and is modified with alkoxy radicals and (b) a water-soluble polyamine adduct which is a reaction product of a Mannich base polyamine, wherein the Mannich base polyamine comprises a reaction product of a polyamine which contains at least two amino radicals with an N-Mannich condensate which is formed by reacting a phenol compound with an aldehyde and a secondary amine, and the secondary amine of the N-Mannich condensate is substituted by at least one of the two amino radicals of the polyamine, and further a ratio of the Mannich base polyamine to the polyepoxide resin modified with the alkoxy radicals is such an amount as to contain amine-derived active hydrogens in excess of the epoxide radicals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
