PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the speeds of a traveling device and a harvest operating device to be properly changed in an interlocked state.;SOLUTION: The device is constituted so that a controlling means H for speed change may start the output when an operating tool 24 for changing the speed of traveling is turned from a neutral position N through a dead zone K1 for traveling to a traveling output-starting position, and a continuous variable transmission 11R and 11L for traveling may be operated so as to change the speed to the higher speed state according to the operation of the operating tool 24 for changing the traveling speed from the traveling output-starting position to the higher speed side.
