PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which delivers a pharmaceutical selectively for a length of time without inducing a serious lesion in a target region and without necessitating, an external connection to a patient for a target cell of the body, for example, the brain. PSOLUTION: A casing 4 which sets up a pharmaceutical storing compartment 5 for a pharmaceutical delivering apparatus 3 to preserve the pharmaceutical 6 is fixed up. The casing 4 sets up a vibration member 7 which is constituted of materials fitted to vibrate in response to ultrasonic stimulation 8. The vibration member 7 comes into contact with the pharmaceutical stored in the pharmaceutical storing compartment 5 in order to connect to the pharmaceutical storing compartment 5. The casing 4 also sets up a pharmaceutical port 9 which is fluidity-connected to the pharmaceutical storing compartment 5. The pharmaceutical port 9 is fitted for the pharmaceutical 6 to be introduced into the pharmaceutical storing compartment 5.
