PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a handwriting font without requiring much labor hour of a user and print characters on a postcard by use of the formed handwriting font. PSOLUTION: This postcard printing system comprises a handwritten input acquisition part 18 for acquiring a handwritten input result of an optional character handwritten by the user; a temporary recognition part 22 for temporarily recognizing a handwritten character on the basis of the acquired handwritten input resu a confirmation request part 24 for urging the user's confirmation of the temporary recognition resu a hand writing font formation part 28 for forming the handwriting font of the user on the basis of the acquired confirmation resu a character information request part 23 for urging the user's input of character information to be printed on the postcard; a character information acquisition part 24 for acquiring the character information from the user; and a printing part 40 for printing the acquired character information on the postcard by use of the handwriting font formed by the handwriting font formation part 28.
