PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually recover a substrate of a decorative material and a decorative sheet by easily separating the substrate and the decorative sheet when the decorative material becomes unnecessary.;SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 10 in which a substrate sheet 1 is decorated by a decorative layer 3 or the like by printing or the like, is constituted by laminating an unfoamed foaming cohesive failure layer 2 in which a foaming agent is added into a resin binder on its rear surface side. The decorative material 20 is manufactured by laminating the decorative sheet 10 on the substrate 5 suitably via an appropriate adhesive layer 4. When the decorative material becomes unnecessary, if the decorative material is heated to foam the foaming cohesive failure layer 2 to the foamed foaming cohesive failure layer 2A, its mechanical strength is weakened, and hence a part of the foaming cohesive failure layer is cohesively failed so that the decorative sheet is easily released from the substrate to be separated from the substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
