PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time by laser half cut and to reduce the decrease of strength at the processed part of the processed sheet in a method for forming an openwork by the impenetrable half cut by irradiating a processed sheet with the laser, in a system for forming the openwork or in the processed sheet.;SOLUTION: The method for forming the openwork comprises setting at least a region in which the openwork is formed, a shape of the openwork and a processing condition in a processing information-setting means 24 and a processing condition-setting means 25 in a laser processing means 14 through an input means 15, and irradiating the region in which the openwork is formed with a laser beam 13L from a laser-irradiating means 13 by scanning at a prescribed interval while setting a not-irradiated part in the part to be pared off by the half cut by the irradiation of the laser beam 13L, to form the openwork in the prescribed shape in the processed sheet 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
