PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch for a plasma heating device of molten steel in a tundish capable of keeping a stable plasma arc.;SOLUTION: This plasma torch for heating molten steel in a tundish is so structured that the molten steel in the tundish is heated by the plasma arc; a plasma actuation gas injector of an annular insulator is installed between a negative electrode and/or a positive electrode and an outer cylinder nozzle; and a plurality of passing holes each having a torsion angle of 20-60° in the torch tip direction are formed in the circular part of the injector.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
