PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the rise time of a reformer carried on a mobile hydrogen station provided with a vehicle and a hydrogen station from when it reaches the destination. PSOLUTION: A hydrogen station comprises a reaction section 51 in which a refining catalyst layer 26 for reacting hydro carbon fuel and steam is arranged, and a reformer 17 comprising a combustor 12 for heating the reaction section 51 by combustion gas generated by combustion provided carried on a track 1. Rise time, which is time from when the reformer reaches the destination to when the temperature of the reformer rises to the preset temperature, is shortened by preheating the reaction section 51 of the reformer 17 by the exhaust gas exhausted from an engine 5 by providing an exhaust gas flow passage 8, which is provided with a gas flow passage 50 for performing heat exchange between combustion gas and the reaction section 51 for introducing the exhaust gas exhausted from the engine 5 to the gas flow passage 50.
