PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity pattern anomaly monitoring system capable of quickly and positively finding anomaly of a person.;SOLUTION: A data processing part 26 derives an activity pattern symbol string on the basis of living activity data sent by a housing system 10 via a network 14, and it derives a usual activity pattern group on the basis of the derived activity pattern symbol string. An activity pattern symbol string of an observation date is derived on the basis of living activity data of the observation date sent by the housing system 10 via the network 14, similarity is measured by comparing the derived activity pattern symbol string of the observation date with the derived usual activity pattern group, determination of whether or not an activity pattern of the observation date is usual, and its determination result is sent and outputted to terminals 1-3 via a network 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
