PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of building a bridge between interaction management clients when a prescribed condition is satisfied by allowing an input/output means for controlling the input from and the output to a user, the interaction management clients for managing the interaction with the user and an interaction arbitration means to exchange information between them.;SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus consists of: a voice input/output means 2503 for performing voice input and voice output when a user 2501 makes voice interaction; an interaction management client 2506 for recognizing the voice inputted by the user through the voice input/output means 2503 to configure voice to be provided to the user; an interaction arbitration means 2509 for controlling interaction matching over the interaction management client 2506; user data 2510 for storing information with respect to the user utilizing the voice interaction system; a computer network 2512 used as a means to obtain the information with respect to the user from a service provider; a user information management server 2513 for managing user information of the user; and a user terminal 2511 where the user enters its own profile or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
