PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of correcting an error in a rotational position sensor regardless of the types of control systems. PSOLUTION: An error correcting section 71 calculates an estimated value of a sensor value from a rotational position sensor 60 and calculates a deviation which is an absolute value of a difference between the calculated estimated value and the sensor value. The error correcting section 71 determines the estimated value as a sensor correction value when the deviation is smaller than a standard deviation, and determines the value obtained by adding or subtracting the standard deviation to or from the sensor value as the sensor correction value when the deviation is not more than the standard deviation. A three-phase/two-phase converting section 72, a current command generator 73, substracters 74, 75, a PI controller 76, a two-phase/three-phase converter 77 and a PWM generator 78 generate a signal PWM for controlling inverter 30 using the sensor correction value corrected by the error correcting section 71, and output the signal PWM to the inverter 30.
