PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the tones of printing materials for a printer, for actually printing using RIP color matching processing while targeting the tone of outputs from color printers or printing materials from other printers, even if components, which constitute printing materials, are included with those for which the color ratio cannot be changed. PSOLUTION: A plate-producing data creating apparatus, which creates plate creating data to be inputed into RIP from data of each of layout-edited components 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, is structured so that the components 11 and 15, the color-matching processing of which is not performed, are specified on a layout-editing screen.
