METHOD FOR EVALUATING DEGREE OF SUPPLY RELIABILITY OF POWER SYSTEM, AND DEVICE FOR THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfill a requirement that the degree of supply reliability should versatilely be evaluated in order to suppress a facility investment of a power system and to effectively utilize existing facilities.;SOLUTION: There are provided a selection means that selects a system constitution candidate from a plurality of system constitutions that does not cause a trouble in power feeding at a normal time, and also dose not cause a trouble in power feeding at an assumed accident, and an evaluation value calculation means that calculates a power-interruption time anticipated value of the system constitution candidate selected by the selection means, the degree of the deviation of a facility operation rate, and power transmission loss, as evaluation values. An evaluation vector is created based on the three evaluation values obtained by the evaluation value calculation means, and the degree of the supply reliability of the power supply system is versatilely evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
