PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting the electronic signature and security of ledger information at the time of applying an XML to a ledger data base. PSOLUTION: In a ledger data base, especially, the data base of a reported ledger, it is important that the authenticity of the contents are guaranteed. The construction method of the ledger data base is provided by adding the management authority owner's name of electronic signature and the electronic signature date and the history to an XML document file 20, and making the management authority owner add electronic signature to prove that the authenticity of the data is confirmed to the whole data including both the original data and the additional data.
