PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra small optical head of an integrated optical system which includes the objective lens, its effective adjusting method and a manufacturing method, relating to an optical head which records and reproduces information on an optical recording medium, an optical recording/reproducing device which uses this head and the adjusting and manufacturing method of this optical head.;SOLUTION: This optical head comprises an objective lens 18 to focus a beam from an semiconductor laser 13 on the information recording surface of an optical recording medium, a hologram element 16 to diffract the light reflected on the information recording surface, a pair of light receiving elements 14, 14' to receive the light diffracted by the hologram element 16, a case 11 to enclose them, and a reflector plate 11e which forms a part of the case 11 and reflects the diffracted light to input to the light receiving element 14'.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
