PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the blank of a protease-containing reagent.;SOLUTION: The increase in the blank of a protease-containing reagent, especially the increase in the blank on the storage of the reagent, can be reduced by the coexistence of the protease-containing reagent together with catalase.
