METHOD OF STABILIZING ENZYME AND ACTIVE INGREDIENT USING POLYOL/HIGH MOLECULAR MICROCAPSULE AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol/high molecular microcapsule stably containing enzyme by using a low molecular weight polyol, a high molecular polyol and a high polymer solution, a method of the manufacturing the same and a cosmetic composition in which the effect of active ingredients and enzyme is kept for a long period.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyol/high molecular microcapsule comprizes a step for mixing the low molecular polyol with the high molecular polyol and dissolving into a high polymer solution containing a high polymer wall agent component, a step for supplying the solution in which the polyols are dissolved to an aqueous solution in which a stabilizer is introduced and emulsifying, a step for stirring the emulsion under a reduced pressure in a vacuum evaporator to remove a solvent, a step for filtering the dispersion after the solvent is removed to remove a water soluble material to recover the capsule and a step for drying the recovered capsule at room temperature in a vacuum dryer to obtain the polyol/high molecular microcapsule. The microcapsule is obtained by the method. The cosmetic composition contains the microcapsule in the formulation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
