PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction cache consistency maintenance system in a mobile computer environment capable of dispersing the load of a mobile server by efficiently using the bandwidth between the mobile server and a mobile client; and to provide its method. PSOLUTION: This transaction cache consistency maintenance system in the mobile computer environment is composed by including: the mobile server for periodically broadcasting a nullification report message; and the mobile client for carrying out, when the nullification report message arrives, a nullification process of a transaction cache to execute a completion process of a read-only moving transaction executed by carrying out a process for consistency maintenance of the transaction cache based on the nullification process result.
