PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mudflow detecting method for accurately detecting disaster to be caused by a mudflow, and a mudflow alarming device for alarming the fact.;SOLUTION: A vibration sensor installed at an observation point for observation of the vibration of the mudflow detects the amplitude, frequency and the duration of the vibration.
