PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat elemental wire feeding device, a transposing force imparting device for the flat elemental wire, and a manufacturing device of transposed twisted strand which reduce a flat-wise distortion and an edge-wise distortion applied on the flat elemental wire in a step before forming the transposed twisted strand.;SOLUTION: The flat elemental wire feeding device 100 is provided with a feeding stand 101 having a slanted face 102, individual feeding mechanism parts (for instance, 103a, 103b, 103c) arranged in two rows along a slanted direction of the slanted face 102 provided for each flat elemental wire (for instance, 103d), and the individual feeding mechanism is so structured to repeat a rotation movement consisting of a longitudinal movement (α2, α4) moving for a plurality of times, and a lateral movement (α1, α3) moving just once.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
