PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moderate a zone phenomenon generated in an antigen excess area.;SOLUTION: This kit/method is provided with a measuring device provided with a development part where a liquid sample is developed, and an immobilization part immobilized with a specific coupling substance coupled to a measured sample, a reagent containing a tracer coupled with a label substance to the specific coupling substance, and a reagent containing a tricarboxylic acid or a tricarboxylate, and measures the measured substance in the liquid sample in which pH of a mixture prepared by mixing the liquid sample, the tracer containing reagent and the acid containing reagent, and pH of the mixture when the mixture reaches to the immobilization part are set to be acidic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
