PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for a baseless bulb which can be tilted by only inserting straight a socket main body merely into a socket mounting hole even when the feeding terminal of a circuit board is formed either in the inner surface of the socket mounting hole or in the lower surface of the circuit board. ;SOLUTION: An electrically conductive terminal 30 having a flange side connecting piece 31 and a cylinder side connecting piece 32 is fitted to a socket main body 11 in which a baseless bulb is inserted into one end of a cylinder part 12 and a flange part 13 is formed in the side surface, and a first and a second power source introducing contact parts 33, 34 are respectively provided in the flange side connecting piece 31 and the cylinder side connecting piece 32. When the socket main body 11 is inserted into the socket mounting hole 41 of a circuit board 40, one 33 of the power source introducing contact parts is brought into contact with a first feeding terminal 44 provided in the inner surface of the socket mounting hole 41, and the other power source introducing contact part 34 is brought into contact with a second feeding terminal 45 provided in the lower surface of the circuit board.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
