CROSS BRIDGE FOR FLOATING PIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short cross bridge for a floating pier, having a gentle slope.;SOLUTION: A lift 20 is installed in a floating pier side end part of the cross bridge 12 bridged between a revetment 2 and the floating bridge 10. In a state of getting on a boarding stage 19 of the lift, this stage is lifted and lowered, and after setting the cross bridge substantially horizontal, a person descends from the boarding stage. When the lift is installed on the revetment side (the floating pier side), when moving to the floating pier from the revetment, the person moves by crossing the cross bridge to the boarding stage from the revetment by lifting the lift, and next, descends from the boarding stage by setting this boarding stage in the substantially same height as a floating pier surface by lowering the boarding-alighting stage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
